3. In-App Support
Logged-in users can submit support tickets directly from their account. Navigate to your account settings and select "Support" to open a new ticket. This allows us to link your issue directly to your account for faster resolution.
4. Response Times
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours. Response times may vary depending on the volume of requests and the complexity of the issue. Priority support is available for users on eligible subscription plans.

6. Limitations
While we do our best to help, please note:
- We cannot recover deleted accounts or data after the deletion process is complete
- Some issues may be limited by technical or legal constraints
- Feature requests and suggestions are reviewed but not guaranteed to be implemented
- We cannot provide refunds for Coins that have already been spent
